Weight Training Customized

In this blog I will go over the various different types of weight training exercises and which discipline they fall under. In the sport of weight training there are 3 main types of categories which one may find themselves engaging in. Of the many, the 3 main ones are Body Building, Power Lifting, and High-Volume Training.
